2020 PERFORMANCE COMMISSION CHAIR: Len Redon, Vice President of Western Operations of Paychex Corporation VICE-CHAIR: Susan Holliday, President and Publisher of the Rochester Business Journal The Community Health 2020 Commission on System Performance (2020 Performance Commission) will develop infrastructure to support a patient-centered health care delivery system which provides quality care for the entire community, reduce health disparities, and manage demand for acute hospital services. The 2020 Performance Commission will also establish improved metrics to quantify and improve health status and system effectiveness. The work of this Commission will develop out of the recommendations of the 2020 Commission which was convened in 2008, and focus on supporting approaches to reduce the demand for inpatient hospital care in the region by improving access to preventive and primary care services.
